The Tickle in the Back of My Throat

Last evening, a swallowed a piece of pasta that went down the back of my throat oddly.  My throat felt fine, but off as if there were a piece of something stuck there.

Less than 24 hours later, now there is a tickle in the back of my throat, as if I had fallen ill.  My nostrils also seem to be slightly runny.

I hope I am not catching a cold.
